What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored by a server on a user's device (computer, telephone, etc.) and associated with a web domain (i.e. in most cases with all the pages of a single website).
Cookies have multiple uses: they can be used to memorise your customer ID with a merchant site, the current contents of your shopping basket, the language in which the web page is displayed, an identifier that enables your navigation to be traced for statistical or advertising purposes, etc.

Cookies used by MY SODIMAS
  • Necessary cookies, used for your connection, or the management of your shopping cart.
  • Statistical cookies, anonymous, used to analyse the activity of the site (type of search or articles consulted for example).
  • Third party cookies, deposited by third parties (Google or Youtube for example) in exchange for the use of their services (Google Map or Youtube video playback).
